A new generation of dehumidifier
An MDL-3 dehumidifier for my AMS Bambu Lab
I recently decided to improve my AMS Bambu Lab Filaments Storage System by adding a dehumidifier.
After some research, I came across MDL-3, a flat membrane dehumidifier from the Rosahl brand, a new generation of dehumidifier, ultra flat.

So I asked [micro-dehumidifier.com] (https://micro-dehumidifify.com/)
If he wanted to send me a copy, they were kind enough to send me a copy.
Why the MDL-3?
This small device, with a thickness of only 2.3 mm, is specially designed for reduced spaces such as electronic boxes.
It is perfect for my AMS whose volume is less than 2 m³.
In addition, its operation is simple: just connect it to a 3V CC power supply.
Facility
Connectors:
I sold out terminals to connect the MDL-3 to a VREG2 USB-C sector adapter module.
Assembly
Housing:
In order to protect the MDL-3 and integrate it properly into the AMS, I printed a tailor-made box with my bambu Lab X1C.
AMS
Results
Before the installation of the dehumidifier, the humidity in my AMS varied between 3 and 5 (5 being the maximum).
Thanks to MDL-3, this rate is now stable at 1.

AMS
I am delighted with this result which allows me to keep my filaments in optimal conditions.
Conclusion
This simple project allowed me to significantly improve my filament storage system.
MDL-3 is an effective and discreet component which turns out to be an ideal solution for the dehumidification of small spaces, and an electrical consumption largely lower than a drayer.
Indeed this a cost, but I think it is really worth it with the filaments very sensitive to humidity.
