Which plaque to use?
Construction plates for 3D printers are available in a variety of materials, surfaces and price.
The choice of the construction plate adapted to your needs depends on several factors, including the type of material to print, the print temperature and your budget.
Cold flat
It is made from a flexible steel sheet covered with a replaceable pei (polyetherimide) layer (polyetherimide).
It is recommended to use stick glue or 3D lake to improve the grip of the first layer.
PLA-CF/PLA-GF
PEI textured
Excellent adhesion of the first layer, improved durability. The Bambu Peture PEI plate has a 0.5 mm stainless steel plate.
Use of glue only for specific filaments.
PLA, PLA-CF/CG compatible, ABS
High temperature pei
In smooth pei.
Use of recommended glue or 3D lake.
Compatible with any materials.
Among other ABS, ASA, PC, Nylon
