Bambu studio update: Improvement of 3MF compatibility and more!
April 11, 2024 - Bambu Lab published a new update of its 3D Bambu Studio 3D cutting software, providing improvements and bug corrections.
Major improvements:
Improved 3MF compatibility: version 1.9.0.70 of Bambu Studio is now compatible with the 3MF reading code provided by the 3MF consortium.This means that 3MF files generated by Bambu Studio can be opened and viewed in other 3D software.
Plaque position detection function: this new function automatically detects the position of the printing plate, which facilitates the positioning of 3D models.(Requires an update of the printer firmware to version 01.02.00.00.)
Better privacy protection: Anonymity of newspapers has been improved for better privacy protection.
Translations in Chinese and French: the Bambu Studio interface is now available in Chinese and French.
Other bugs and improvements:
Fixed a bug that prevented the printing of the second layer in some cases.
Improved stability and general performance.
Fixed several minor bugs.
